Religious Education
Summer Semester
- Starting Sunday, May 23, 2010 (Youth Sunday) through Labor Day Sept. 2010 we offer one service at 10 a.m.
Simultaneous to the adult service, we offer multi-age religious education. Summer Sundays for children are less formal and include care for the gardens in our Nature Playground, play under the parachute canopies of our sandboxes and our friendly climbing tree, as well as a curriculum topic. Second Semester
- Feb 7 – Sunday, May 16 – World Religions Theme
Babies and Toddlers (0 – 30 months): Options include our Nursery or the Cuddle Room off the sanctuary for parents and babies.
Children (2.5 years old – Fifth Graders): Religious Education for children aged Preschool to Fifth Grade is offered simultaneous to both Sunday services.
Youth Program (6 – 12th Grades)
6/7/8th Graders: YoYouth Group for 6 – 8th Graders is offered at 9 a.m.
9-12th Graders: Young Religious UU’s (Y.R.U.U) Youth Group for High Schoolers is offered at 11 a.m.
Adult Religious Education: Courses exploring various aspects of philosophy and religion are periodically offered for adults
