Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee provides advice and recommendations to the Board and the Minister, as requested. The committee provides advice and recommendations to employees with supervisory responsibility regarding all personnel matters for all employees with the exception of the Minister. The committee implements Board-approved personnel management and administrative activities and ensures that all personnel-related information needs of Fellowship members and staff are met.

The Social Committee provides opportunities for both adult and multigenerational social interaction among UUF members and friends. The committee encourages the social activity of the members and friends of the Fellowship. The committee organizes activities such as potlucks, games, talent shows and group outings.

Welcoming Congregation Committee

The Welcoming Congregation Committee guides the congregation in working toward becoming truly welcoming to gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and questioning persons.

Young Adults Committee

The Young Adults Committee focuses on the social, spiritual and practical needs of the young adults (age 18-35) within the congregation. The committee organizes social events and discussion groups for the members and friends in this age group.
